Why no talking about gasCost in raffle contract?

I just have a simple question. Just like in fundMe contract, we added gasCost in ending deployer balance for the assertion process, why did not patrick did it for raffleWinner? because even raffleWinner have to spend some gas to enter the raffle? so how will the assertion equal will work without adding the gasCost?

Gas cost can't be transferred to the lottery winner. Gas has already been spent to do the computation to execute the tax. However, in lottery contracts, you will transfer the entrance fee and the total amount to the lottery winner. I hope this make sense.
