Error: Invalid <Link> with <a> child.

I am on the front end component of the NFT Marketplace section. I have the Connect button working from web3uikit, but when I added the section to create a clickable link to the "sell-nft" page, this is the error that I received:

Update: solved it on my own. It turns out that actually checking out the error link can give you the answers you need :)

I deleted the lines and formatted it like this:

The only part I'm having trouble with is formatting the UI using Tailwind. In Patrick's example, he edited the lines directly but I've yet to figure out how to add these stylings into the line itself.
