queue-and execute doesn't work!!!

It has been a week since I 1st asked for help with this issue but since no one seems inclined to help here it goes again...Yet another lesson that can't be completed with a working product!

@DorianDaSilva This error says that you are queuing and executing the proposal that is unknown. Which means they do not know about the proposal you want to execute. Make sure whenever you start a hardhat node again you need first propose a proposal before queuing and executing it.

@alymurtazamemon I did as you suggested and ran propose.ts after starting the node returning this output

However, when running queue-and-execute I get an error in bash terminal ProviderError: HttpProviderError and when I check the node terminal it displays this error VM Exception while processing transaction: reverted with reason string 'Governor: proposal not successful'

I don't understand how proposal.ts runs properly but the proposal is not succesful. I thought we had already set the quorum for this.

@DorianDaSilva It means not body gives a vote in favour of the proposal and it wen unsuccessful. You can try again and run the scripts in this order => Propose => Vote => Queue and Execute.
