'Governor: unknown proposal id'

ERROR

VM Exception while processing transaction: reverted with reason string 'Governor: unknown proposal id'

CONTEXT

Error returned in the node terminal when running yarn hardhat run scripts/queue-and-execute.ts --network localhost on the script queue-and-execute.ts

It breaks after the terminal prints console.log(Queueing...)

Interestingly, the same happens to executeTx if I eliminate queueTx and run the script

PROBLEM

The issue seems to reside in the arguments used but when using console.log( ) in between arguments they all seem to pass succesfully but the script breaks due too many arguments.

        descriptionHash

If not the arguments then it could also be an issue related to await queueTx.wait(1) since it is never read by the terminal or it could be an issue with the box contract that is not being read properly. The issue persists even if I replace my code with a copy/paste from the repo, I get the same error at the same place, so I must be missing something here.

Does anyone understand what the issue is, why it is happening and how to fix it? Even after marking out the block for
const QueueTx as seen in the video I still get the same error
