Probably adding gasLimit manually will help. If not, please share a link to your repo

@hackertron Does your code work with the local blockchain, this could happen due to the issues with the code and transaction can go out of gas due to these issues.

same issue here since Rinkeby testnet was deprecated by the Ethereum Foundation on October 5th, 2022.
