Staging test on Rinkeby not passing

This assert seems to fail, and I'm not sure why .. I even took the code off the repo here and it's the same problem?

What are you seeing on vrf.chain.link and keepers.chain.link? If you don't see anything it's likely an issue with how you're setting them up.

Upkeeps and RandomWords seem to happen. I've watched the balance from my wallet go down and then be returned like I'd expect the raffle to do.

But for some reason the test is resulting in unequal balances.

The ending balance didn't have enough time to be current.
await tx.wait(1) gives time for the block to be finished so it can return the answer as current (true).
