Opportunities question #435

Hi m8, I think the first step is to understand the technology and focus on a niche or topic where you can become an expert. For example, if you enjoy developing in the backend, try to focus on a specific topic like "smart contact testing" or "reverse engineering" and build a portfolio by uploading your repos. This will build credibility to finding your first jobs on Fiverr or upwork. With this covered, start helping communities and Daos with your expertise. Another example, if you enjoy working on the frontend, you can use existing code and create new interfaces or websites with minor modifications, so your new clients or new team members you work with can see what you're capable of. It all starts with a specialization and some projects you worked on to land your first paying job. There are also alternatives like Gitcoin where you can literally get paid as you learn and solve bounties. There are so many opportunities but as I said, it all starts with you and your experience. Cheers m8 and happy hacking ;) |

Hi, apologies if this is the wrong place to ask questions along these
lines rather than more technical ones but I was wondering if anyone knows
about free lance work available through learning these blockchains and

Essentially, would it be possible to use these skills to earn money without
a full time career in the industry?

Decade <https://dacade.org> is a Celo based learning platform where you
can also get paid by learning and upload your project.
There are so many opportunities but as I said, it all starts with you and
your experience.
