Hmm... a comment shouldn't throw an error unless it's done incorrectly send a screenshot of the code or make sure the line of the comment looks like this:

// SPDX-License-Identifier: MIT

just put // SPDX-License-Identifier: MIT, this should be only text in that line, and put it at first line of the .sol file.
