Lesson 17: "HttpProviderError" while deploying GovernorContract on Goerli

Hey all,

I'm getting the below error while deploying GovernorContract.sol on Goerli testnet but it gets deployed on Hardhat's localhost without any such error.

States some error in the deploy script but I'm not able to spot one.

I checked previous threads here on the same error but none helped.

Just so you know, there are 2 verify scripts in the utils folder as I had to create a separate one for verifying Timelock.sol on Goerli to avoid a recurring error.
