Apologies for not providing a solution, I am having the very same error message when trying to deploy.

I can't run a local hardhat node either.

And make sure to label your repositories as hacktoberfest.

if you do not know how to label, then in your repo you will find the About and near it, you will find the gear icon. Tap on it and add a topic hacktoberfest

After merging them, It should work just fine!

And then, You can now successfully deploy your contracts by running : yarn hardhat deploy

Ah man, just spelling mistakes! Actually I spotted the 'chainId' on my local repo but don't know how long it would have taken me to figure out the .sol! Legend, thank you!
