Error installing Ubuntu

Running into issues when trying to install the Ubuntu. I looked through previous post and tried the link (https://pureinfotech.com/uninstall-wsl-windows-11/) that would help with completely uninstall Ubuntu from pc, but don't see any of the files described in the apps setting

Try installing Linux - Ubuntu from the Microsoft Store itself. Before that make sure you have checked the "Windows Hypervisor Platform" and "Windows Subsystem for Linux" from the Programs and Features of the Control Panel.
