Ganache keeps spending WAY too much gas

No matter how I try to set the gas limit or price, EVERY time I do any transaction with Ganache, it always spends .5 ETH on every transaction. I have no idea why. I have the same gas limit and gas price as in the lesson and I tried lowering it as well. Why is it doing this?

I found out what the problem was. I put 3-too many 0s in line 19.
