I have some good options for you:

1-this app called Questbook and it teaches web3 and i think there is a code editor in it that lets you code solidity and it teaches you syntax and stuff

2-replit is a great browser IDE , also supports 50+ languages , and lets you run and compile SOLIDITY on your phones browser and its light Weight which makes it great to use on a phone.

Features :
1- you get a terminal / console
2- you can connect your MetaMask wallet for that you can use the kiwi chrome based browser which lets you install extensions
3- they have their own testnet , called the Replit testnet
4-You can install Packages , hardhat ,ethers...etc
4-they support Various web3 features
5-there is a whole WEB3 community there

3-To use the web version of VS code , where you can code on in your browser by simply going to this link https://vscode.dev/ ,
but there is a down side you wont be able to use the terminal but if you are just looking for a code editor using this in your phone is good.

conclusion:-
There are many ways to do it ,but for pure solidity i would stick to Remix , or use the Questbook APP , but if you want to run hardhat and have a full environment with different frameworks and packages the you should consider replit and in my opinion i think its the best option in your case.

i did use some apps for python / javascript / c++ they all worked fine , i also used Remix on an ipad , its not the best option , but it gets the job done , there are many apps and various ways to code on your phone and some of them are really good when it comes to python and js but still using a laptop is the best thing to code real projects or work with advanced stuff

unless you have a codeSpace or a local hosted server you wont be able to do much
