Cant install or run Ubuntu on my windows after installing WSL and rebooting computer..

Hello.. I've been having issues running and installing ubuntu on windows after installing WSL and rebooting.

The error says "The virtual machine could not be started because a required feature is not installed. " I've turned on some features like Hyper V and all that, Please what could be wrong? Been stuck in this and cant futher..

Maybe CPU virtualization has to be enabled?
