Hello I am getting this error and I have also seen multiple people report this but no one has been able to answer it... below is a screen shot of the message. I will write it in text as well here: MetaMask - RPC Error: Internal JSON-RPC error.

Hey @JuniorSua please share the entire error. It helps provide insight on how to debug the issue. Repost the error with the message (function selector was not....) in the data section visible.

Still getting the same errors after the merge and PR.....I have looked over the other discussion and the issue remains as well, maybe its a small update on the way this is done on metamask side and not the code. Let me know if it runs on your end...... thank you so much for your help as well.

There is a space before the ETH.... if I don't put that space then it wont let me Save it.... maybe that's the problem ?

@JuniorSua Try chaining the Chain id to 1337 in metamask.

I tried but it did not work on metamask then I tried on the helper-hardhat-config.js and saved it and now the website is down.... Its ok I will move on to the next section and maybe revisit this later.
