@Diviter : Follow the steps, I'm listing below:

1. First run : yarn hardhat clean
2. Then delete your node_modules folder from your directory.
3. Then in your terminal run the command : yarn

• After installing all your dependencies.

Run the command : yarn hardhat deploy --network rinkeby

^ Another subtle change is: blockonfirmation should be blockConfirmations in both your rinkeby and goerli network sections in your hardhat.config.js file
