How to get price quotations faster and trade faster? (Arbitrage)

I have a pretty general question. How do you get price quotations for dexes like Uniswap and Sushiswap as fast as possible and how do you trade them as fast as possible?

This is the way I find opportunities currently:

"How do you get price quotations for dexes like Uniswap and Sushiswap as fast as possible and how do you trade them as fast as possible?" This is highly unlikely unless you can "blindly" trust the data-feed/provider, which should not be followed as that exacerbates the security, reliability and consistency of the arbitrage operation.

As such, just follow a consistent data-feed instead. I would rather have less frequent trades than to lose a significant portion of it via slippage--in volatility--from an unreliable data-feed.
