I created sample project and have error in vs code (no related Hardhat config file found)
Whats is the Problem?

can you share the a screenshot of the error you are getting. Seems weird because first, there is a hardhat.config.js in your project you were missing some packages so I asked you to run the commands above to install the packages. Everything is working just fine on this end.
And please elaborate on the message Validation Blocked Missing Task Argument

Hey @SerjSch This might be an issue with your solidity extension. Try and uninstall the solidity extension and solidity+hardhat extension then reinstall the extension again.

Elaborate the problem please. There is a hardhat config in the repo you posted. Do you mean VSCode specifically?

There wasnt
require("@nomicfoundation/hardhat-toolbox");

And sol files should be in contracts folder
