Spinning Up ContractAddresses.json and Abi in FrontEnd

I set up Goerli configuration and deployed to it as well..

So i try to spin up the goerli chainId and address to my front end, How do we spin up a testnet Address and the chainId on the front end? just like spinning up a localhost network on the front end using "yarn hardhat node"?

However, broadly speaking, integration w/ front-end is possible via the generated artifacts of the specific contract--you should follow this.
