Graph not supporting Rinkeby Testnet anymore

While creating Sub Graph from SubGraph Studio, the option to select Rinkeby Testnet is removed.
As also mentioned in #179 , now Graph have finally moved on.....
@PatrickAlphaC Please guide which testnet to move forward with... and also if possible update the tutorial with the required resources.
