I'd recommend Mastering Ethereum: Building Smart Contracts and DApps By Dr. Gavin Wood and Andreas Antonopoulos. It is a good start for you. You can find it here. |

More than books, you will understand the most from just interacting with the ecosystem on the web. Currently, there are so many high-quality and technical blogs, research papers and introductions for beginners to go through that you will not have the time for it. In addition, most of them are free. Personally, the most I have learnt is via research papers but I know that is not so easy to comprehend at first. So, I will recommend researching anything you do not understand about the ecosystem, whether it be something you do not not consider important (nuanced). This is the best way to learn about this space for anyone. Ethereum whitepaper is a good start as well. The yellowpaper if you are technical, but it is really complex and an in-depth analysis about the EVM. Whilst the above are the time-optimal approaches to know more about the space as efficiently as possible, the books are really good reads too: 1. Mastering Bitcoin by Andreas M. Antonopoulos 2. Mastering Ethereum - Authors: Andreas M. Antonopoulos & Ph. D. Gavin Wood 3.The upcoming smart contract one by Vitalik himself. |
