How do you check BNB balance with ether.js

I have been trying to create a simple javascript code that returns the BNB balance of a wallet on BSC network but I am getting 0.0 balance. Any pointer?

can you please try this method, might be helpful:

I do not think that is possible. Maybe if you had to return the BNB balance of the wallet containing BNB tokens (i.e. BNB address on Ethereum) on Ethereum, then in such a case Ethers would be useful.
