I'd recommend you learn a little bit of javascript if you have no experience with the language because later courses are highly dependent on javascript. They even tackle some advanced concepts in javascript and you might have a hard time understanding what is going on. But you can still do just fine without taking a javascript course. Just take it for the sake of simplifying the entire experience. |

@Ojas1911 You don't have to, for specifically doing this course. If you want to learn JS as an addition, yes sure learn it. If you don't know much JS don't worry, just follow the course Patrick is very good in explaining everything, And by the time you finish this course guess what, You have already learned basic JS and some advanced stuff as well. And at the end of the day its your decision, If you never learned any language than it might be difficult for you, So, just learn basics of JS. |

Hi, I'm Ojas.
I started learning solidity using the course Learn Blockchain, Solidity, and Full Stack Web3 Development with JavaScript – 32-Hour Course.
Today I started with lesson 5.
I realised we are going to use a lot of JavaScript.
My Query: Should I learn JavaScript before proceeding further or we don't need that much knowledge of JavaScript in the remaining course ?
Thank you so much !
