Few basic questions

This might seem obvious but please would be great if someone provide explanations on these and clear up my confusions

1- Can we read other contracts data ?? suppose my uncle have a smart contract for hotel booking where he has data of all the bookings made so in my computer can i unencrypt the hashed data something to see his data to know what exactly is going on in his company , how much is he making and everything ??

2-How do miners validate or many people agree to conclusion ? suppose me and my 100 friends are on the blockchain with our deployed smart contracts the 10th one wanted to correct some data and the other friends agreed to do so , so how do we revalidate ?? as developer everyone will focus on their own smart contract in vs code and deploy and be happy right ?? as far for this statement theory is concerned how is this thing carried out practically ? validating , revalidating , mining and all allowing blocks movements?

1. The only way to decrypt a hash function is to know the input data. As every other input leads to a different output.

2. I do not understand this one. Please elaborate specifically on the doubt itself.

Put simply, blocks contain transactions. For a block to be mined, full-nodes cooperate as to what transactions are valid, if they are, these transactions are confirmed when the block is added to the blockchain.

2. different people validating their transaction

As above, you know when the txn is successful when it goes through. Also, you can validate the transaction by referring to an explorer like Etherscan to verify the public key.

1. Yes, all of the data on the blockchain is public and transparent, everyone can read and see that. But I think here you are asking about reading data as we do through APIs which is I think not possible. One thing that is possible is to sync the complete blockchain where your smart contract is placed that way you will get the data of the blockchain(Now it is also optional to sync full blockchain, headers, etc, that is a complete topic to discuss).

2. There are many validating mechanisms but the two most famous ones are proof-of-work and proof-of-stack. I would suggest watching youtube videos on these, instead, I explain them here.

One caveat though, it is only transparent when the block containing the transaction is mined. Besides that, full-nodes have full freedom as to the order-precedence and also their capitalistic nature to maximize profits.
