0. let Wallet = new ethers.Wallet(process.env.PRIVATE_KEY, provider); don't write it let Wallet, write it like let wallet with small w.
   Should be : let wallet = new ethers.Wallet(process.env.PRIVATE_KEY, provider);

1. const contractFactory = new ethers.contractFactory(abi, binary, Wallet); "C" capital for ContractFactory. and also wallet not Wallet
   Should be : const contractFactory = new ethers.ContractFactory(abi, bin, wallet);

2. const contract = await contractFactory.deploy; should be brackets after deploy().
   Should be : const contract = await contractFactory.deploy();

3. console.log(contract);
   Should be : console.log(contract.address); is preferred for logging.
