Hardhat crashed after importing openzeppelin contracts

I am getting this error after trying to import openzeppelin/contracts into Lesson 12 project.

Issues

• It says I am not inside a hardhat project
• Unable to install hardhat or dependencies
• Unable to import anything

Basically VsCode terminal is not fetching anything and I have no idea of what happened, any thoughts?

Ran yarn cache clean and it seems to have solved the problem
