The options have changed with the latest hardhat version. You can go ahead and select the "Create javascript project" option. |

The latest version of hardhat has changed the menu options. But if you still want to have the other options, you can go ahead and install hardhat version 2.9.3. |

yarn add --dev hardhat@2.9.3
