Lesson 14: Error: nonce has already been used

I have successfully deployed three contracts on localhost.Then I deploy three contracts on rinkeby
yarn hardhat deploy --network rinkeby --tags main
I got error like

Click on your metamask account icon -> settings-> advanced -> reset Account
Only reset an account with no real money
