Lesson 4 - Testing FundMe

Hi, I am attempting to run FundMe on a testnet but the IDE does not provide "Injected Web3" as an option for the environment. I attempted to use the one titled "Injected Provider (MetaMask), but it is not allowing me to select that option either. Could somebody please help out with this issue? Thanks in advance!

Injected Provider is the equivalent for Injected Web3.

Could you elaborate as to why the above does not work?

Hi, I am not entirely sure as to why it will not allow me to select. It does not queue an error message of any sort. I have the Rinkeby Test network selected in Metamask and it says that the wallet is connected to Remix. It just will not allow me to select the Injected Provider option from the drop down.

@harrisonsmith32 It will work, just switch the network in Metamask that you want to use for the test, and in remix select Injected Provider - Metamask. Now when you click on the deploy button in remix it will open your metamask wallet and ask for permission.

Hi, I attempted this and it still will not allow me to select. It says Metamask is connected to Remix as well. It just will not let me select Injected Provider from the drop down menu.
