15: Can't transfer test eth between acounts using Metamask

When Im trying to send assets between account like 1:03:37:35 I get grey button Next(Далі) and is writes me no exchange rate available(Немає доступного обмінного курсу):

There is no reason whether I name assets 'GO' or 'ETH' in metamask network settings.
Also there is no difference whether Im trying to send between two imported accounts from already created by hardhat node or from one imported and one created inside metamask.

What does the exchange rate here refer to? Is it a Chainlink price datafeed?

I dont know, its default Metamask UI.

@jeetb I haven't solution to transfer assets between imported from hardhat and created by metamask. But as a workaround and temprorary solution I've just imported one more account from hardhat (private key). I don't remember if I could transfer between them, but I could buy nft from any account.
