WSL Issue

Hey, I have installed wsl but when I open ubuntu application I didn't got username & password to enter but I got this error message

a connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

But somehow this error message is not showing now and getting this
