The network on my bash keeps fluctuating, on my vscode

Hi there, please I need a little assistance, my vscode keeps losing network anytime I am working on the ubuntu bash window terminal. Please how do I solve this issue? It is hindering me from going forward

Try this. open a normal terminal window outside vscode, cd to your working directory and start wsl. Run all the commands in this new terminal as they are in the tutorial.
