I am unable to install wsl on my windows device.... Please I need help

After following the instruction as laid out by our instructor, I encountered an error, here is a copy of the error I get.

wsl.exe : The term 'wsl.exe' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included,
verify that the path is correct and try again.

After installing WSL, when are you encountering the error?
After installation you should be able to open a new WSL window or folder, by pressing ctrl+shift+p (command palette) and searching for that option.

The ctrl+shift+p option is applicable when you are working in vscode. It is good to check if your wsl installation can work independently in your machine first before trying it in vs code.
