Alchemy Rinkeby Test Network deprecated

Hello there,

          Alchemy Rinkeby Test Network is reported to be deprecated soon on Oct 5th 2022. From now on, shall we configure to Alchemy Goerli or we use another 3rd party service similar to Alchemy to run rinkeby test node? Please kindly suggest, unable to deploy any contracts now to Alchemy Rinkeby.

I think the problem for the lottery contract could be the VRF from chainlink only gives info on RinkebyTestNet, while the keepers does do Kovan. Not sure maybe we need to test on another network Like Poly? Until Chainlink updates their doc?

i am not that far yet, still on Lesson 7, price feed from chainlink never available for Goerli network, so i am wondering how to get around this? Maybe using Moralis? Stil trying with Moralis but facing some issue.

It will make more sense when you hit that chapter. You could also deploy on poly test network using Alch. I am going to try it out this weekend

Does anyone tried before on how to deploy contract with Moralis?

It is not deprecated yet, please do not keep such a false title per se. It will only be deprecated after The Merge, so, expect Q4 this year.

Rather, a better way would be to make the post inclusive of the above, ie, Q4 2022.

Thanks for the information. I guess I need to add "soon", edited the first message above. The actual point is I am running into trouble already from alchemy on rinkeby testnet. If any of you guys are running fine, please kindly support. Currently, i am using infura as a replacement.

That is plausible. A different host or using a different chain would be the solutions here.

As a conclusion for this topic, please use another host with a different chain. Personally, I am using Infura as a replacement to Alchemy for Rinkeby Testnet.
