Lesson 6 HH110 error

I'm deploying a SimpleStorage contract on goerli testnet ,
but it gives following error:

I tried rinkeby network but still it gives same error!,
but if i run on hardhat default network its working perfectly

Make a repo -- I will look into it

Check if the RPC URL is fine in .env, also check if it is encapsulated with double quotes. Or, a new RPC URL which follows the previous conditions also is fine.
