VRF & KEEPERS UI NOT WORKING[SOLVED]

Problem:

• Added Raffle contract as consumer multiple times but consumer not updated on subscription (still 0 consumers)
• Cancelled subscription succesfully but somehow it came back on the dashboard
• Created a new subscription & add consumer to the new sub succesfully but that one disappeared from dashboard

Now, when I try to cancel subscription again or add a cosnumer I am getting this error and both times I finish setting up a new subscription & consumer

[UPDATE] It Seems the UI was having issues for the last 30 minutes but seem to be back online!!! Except that now the issue is repeating when adding or cancelling upkeeps....Hopefully will be back to working properly in the next few minutes...

Seems the UI needs sometime to process the operations hence the errors. a few minutes should do to restore functionality
