Error when deploying contract, Says "hardhat not defined"

i try to deploy my contract to rinkeby by running

yarn hardhat run scripts/deploy.js --network rinkeby

but it keeps giving this specific Error

run: yarn add -D hardhat
make sure your package.json file has "hardhat" int it.
