About wsl activation

I rebooted my laptop after installation of wsl and as you can see below everything went well but after rebooting it is not prompting me to set Linux username and password and also the ubuntu app has not been downloaded. Can you tell me what is the problem here?

Did you set it up with the Ubuntu account on installation? If not, doing it should fix your problem. If you did, then I'm sorry I do not know what the issue here is.
