Death = True if ANY note explicitly states death, using clear phrases like:

"Patient expired"

"Pronounced dead at [time]"

"Time of death"

"Expired in ED"

"Deceased" (if in context of patient’s outcome, not family history)

Got it. Per our last discussion I thought we were tracking this via structured data only; I can add a mention variable for it, update the schema here, and then make updates on my end accordingly. Will delay the annotations review slightly as I'll have to rerun some things
