Document text should start from the first line in ruled pages (as a standard convention) instead of the head of the page.

Issue : The text should start from the first line of the ruled sheet, but it starts from the Top-left of the sheet.
The required starting position is being highlighted in red in the screenshot attached.

To reproduce :
(1) Go to '/editor'
(2) Set Change Sheet to Ruled 1 or Ruled 2 from the options bar.
(3) Start typing some text

Actually, this would require defining set starting points for all the pages being hardcoded. Would you like to work on it?
