Helm release for 0.28.2 missing

Steps to Reproduce

At the moment, it does not seem to be possible to access step-certificates version 0.28.2 via helm. The repository only offers a chart with app version 0.28.1.

Your Environment

• OS - Linux / K8s
• step-ca Version - v0.28.2

Expected Behavior

Able to pull release 0.28.2 via helm.

Actual Behavior

~ ❯ helm repo update smallstep
