Why does declaring a struct variable with 140 or more fields in a global cause the entire variable to be inaccessible?

That looks like a lot of fields, I've never tried that. But I'm not aware of any such limitation.
Where do you see that error?

Indeed, when we add many fields, we reach a threshold for the inliner that optimizes property. And this seems to have a bug.
