Skia renderer: Changed default on Windows to use the software renderer, instead of Direct3D.

Does this mean that on the Windows system, we can only use the software renderer?

You can also opt into the OpenGL renderer with renderer-skia-opengl. I think I forgot to add an explicit renderer-skia-direct3d. Would you need that?
