This only shows up at startup.

This doesn't impact the App. However, I'm curious about what it is and how to set the handler correctly.

The comments talk about event at exit. But looks like this is at startup? Are you doing something special with the native API?

No. I didn't tweak anything. Just App::new().run() with features ["backend-winit", "renderer-skia"].
