Deno + Slint + Flatpak

I have made an app with Deno + Slint that is now hosted in flathub, this is the second app in flathub that uses slint, but the other one uses rust and this one Deno

Couple of notes along the way of making this:

• the app is compiled to a single executable with deno compile
• the native slint library is not embeded but loaded at runtime
• 2 issues prevent deno compile from just working:
  • Add support for node native addons / napi / FFI in deno compile denoland/deno#23266 -> you can't dlopen an embeded library so instead i don't embed it but bundle it in the flatpak pkg
  • compiled exectuable can't fetch embedded files denoland/deno#28129 you can Deno.read* embedded files but you can't fetch them, a lot of npm/jsr pkgs uses this for example to load wasm files, so I had to patch such uses and change it to Deno.read
• deno and flatpak pkg is also interesting, unfortunately deno is not 100% friendly to external packaging system, since flatpak require no internet while building, I manually fill the DENO_DIR with npm dependencies, but deno requires registry files like ( https://registry.npmjs.org/@napi-rs/cli ) which are annoying because they're not versioned and are dynamic so I end-up just bundling them in the flatpak pkg, there is still the question of how to fill JSR deps in DENO_DIR
