Ignore v-clicks in PDF print #2206

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The PDFs keep the v-click shading, only the last v-click is not shaded. There should be an option to have all v-clicks disabled for PDF.

A command line switch in slidev export that disables all v-clicks.
Describe alternatives you've considered
A single keyword in the preamble to disable all v-clicks.
