Allow "." for minor slide number in "g" goto slide functionality

In the editor and the live view, one can hit "g" and enter a number to go to that slide directly, which is extremely useful (for example, when answering a question pertaining to a given slide). It would be improved however, if one could also enter a minor slide number, such as g 12.3. Currently, it is only possible to enter integers: typing the . (or anything other than a digit) nullifies the jump.

This already seems to be implemented. Use / instead of ., Eg: 12/3

It might still be good to add . as well: it is easier to type and that is the numbering that is displayed on the slide. Attendees ask questions about "Slide 5.2".

This has been added in hakimel/reveal.js@3d7d315. Will be rolled out to Slides in the next few hours.

Also update jump-to-slide to match the slide number format. If you use the slideNumber: 'c' format where all horizontal and vertical slides are represented as a single linear number, the same number is used in jump-to-slide (instead of h/v).
