TuneParams gadget doesn't seem to work with the newest version of MizerExperimental

@ElyzaPilipaityte Hi Elyza. Thank you very much for reporting that. In the new version of MizerExperimental the catch table also has to have a column that specifies the gear. To make the catch table used during the course work with the current version of MizerExperimental you need to run the following:

catch_lengths$gear = "Commercial"

But I have another problem - when I use plotYieldVsSpecies, I only see model values in the plot, but no observed yield

Hi @ElyzaPilipaityte. Thank you for pointing that out. This is due to the fact that mizerExperimental now expects the information about landings to be added to the gear_params data frame because it is information that is specific to a gear-species pair. Functions from mizerExperimental will be allowed to evolve in such ways. So to make the course material work with the current version of mizerExperimental you need to also run the following code to move the information to the right place:

gear_params(cel_model)$yield_observed <- species_params(cel_model)$yield_observed
