VAT Return Purchase invoices table download action #168

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In tax dept, they are trying to check invoices submited for VAT so a specific(similar to pending liabilities) bulk download action is needed.
Describe the solution you'd like
An action to go to each monthly VAT Return(submitted form) and download the full table found under "Schedule VI": Input tax/Purchases for each month, for each client.
It is possible for the table to be empty some months, that should be handled.
