My nanoKVM-USB was bricked. Anyone tried to disassemble/initialize to factory?

One of my 2 nanoKVM/USBs seems to be bricked.
The host won't recognize HID and Video USB devices at all on this, while the other nanoKVM works so fine on the same host/target machines.
Is there any discussion about re-installing or factory resetting nanoKVM/USB system like refreshing microUSB in nanoKVM/lite?
